Fox HR Intranet Launch
- Client: Fox Entertainment Group, one of the world’s largest entertainment companies
- Awards: Platinum MarCom Creative Award
- The project: : FoxForward, a new HR intranet tool featuring a variety of tools – such as New Hire Onboarding and FastTrack for hiring managers. There was even a personalized feature allowing employees to create a profile of themselves.
- The plan: The grouping of tools could prove confusing if explained all at once, so Blue launched a series of e-cards, introducing one feature at a time. We also created an easy-to-read online tutorial to guide employees and managers through the new FoxForward resource. To jumpstart the personal profile creations, employees who created their profiles by a certain date were entered into a raffle to win a variety of great prizes, proving the old adage… if you snooze, you lose.
- The result: The campaign design was a hit with employees and executives alike. The tool was well-received and by the end of the launch, over 2,000 personal profiles had been created by employees.
