With this mission in mind, we strive toward a common purpose to help our team, clients and communities realize their full potential, which is why we are thrilled to announce our new employee program, Blue Gives Back.
Blue Gives Back is a program designed to encourage our team to engage with and support local communities throughout the U.S. The program features both Volunteer Time Off (VTO) and Employer Donation Matching.
Volunteer Time Off (VTO): Each quarter, employees accrue four hours of paid volunteer time off to serve an organization that is registered as a tax-exempt nonprofit and 501c(3). Our team members can also choose to volunteer at a local school or community organization.
Employer Donation Matching: Blue gives back, and we want our employees to as well! Blue matches 100% of donations to 501c(3) (non-religious), tax-exempt nonprofits, up to $5,000 company-wide per year.
