Overview

To help DXC employees and their families more easily access, understand and use their benefits, Blue Communications created a new website that showcases all benefits information and resources in one convenient online location.

The site is openly accessible, mobile-optimized, and highly customized and allows for “on-demand” updates — all in support of DXC’s objective to enhance the employee benefits experience while making the delivery of benefits communications easier for the DXC benefits team.

The site launched just before the benefits enrollment season, along with enhanced enrollment communications and a new benefits brand created by Blue to engage employees and draw attention to the new website and communications approach. There were more than 8,000 initial pre-enrollment visitors to the site and engagement has steadily increased as the site has become a vital benefits information resource for employees, their families, the benefits team and the broader HR team.
