Sharon is an internal communication leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing complex strategies for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Over the course of her career, Sharon has partnered with companies in every industry and of every size to address their business and communication objectives. Sharon is a featured speaker and writer on trending communication topics from designing successful Open Enrollment communication to effectively measuring communication results. She holds a master’s degree in communication management from the University of Southern California.

Pam Little founded Blue Communications in 1997 and now serves as Strategic Advisor, continuing to shape the agency’s direction and impact. Over the course of her career, Pam has guided hundreds of organizations through complex benefit, compensation, workforce, and business transformations — bringing clarity and confidence to moments of change through effective communication. Pam’s work has earned more than 100 awards for communications excellence, reflecting both her strategic insight and commitment to quality. She plays a pivotal role as a coach, mentor, and advisor to the entire Blue team.
