Since Alex joined Blue, she has been an instrumental part of Blue’s continued growth and team development. Alex is the Blue team’s “go-to” resource for learning the True Blue philosophy and she supports our Communications and Consulting teams to deliver excellence to our clients every day. Alex is also a Project Manager for several Blue clients and she works on projects including HR and benefits communications, culture and recognition programs. She has an important role in interfacing with clients to ensure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time. Alex also holds a Masters degree in Marketing and she is passionate about client and colleague service. She elevates the Blue experience for our clients and team members.

With a passion for content creation, Beck delivers compelling narratives across various channels, maintaining high quality and relevance. She values team development and collaboration and is dedicated to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in communications at Blue.

Emily’s professional experience includes nearly 10 years in the communications and marketing field. Among her many talents are an eye for creativity, a keen focus on the important details and providing excellent client and colleague service. At Blue, Emily oversees all aspects of marketing and operations, including the development of strategies and tactics to support Blue internally. She spearheads opportunities to spotlight our clients’ stories through nationally recognized awards and speaking engagements at conferences. Emily also supports Blue clients as Project Manager on a variety of projects including HR and benefits communications, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and well-being.

Maria has been working with businesses to clearly and concisely communicate health and wellness plans and programs for 20 years. Her strengths include proofreading, copyediting and writing. She crafts strategic messaging that helps organizations creatively tell their stories. She is conscientious, friendly and reliable, and reviews Blue drafts to ensure clear, concise, consistent, error-free and grammatically accurate writing. Maria also enjoys research, and thanks to her strong attention to detail, can effectively coordinate multiple projects — all the while delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Pam founded Blue Communications Agency in 1997 and serves as both the head and the heart of the organization. She has been consulting with businesses for over 25 years, helping them navigate significant benefit, compensation, organizational, workforce and business changes with effective communications strategies. Pam uses her deep understanding of how employees learn to create programs and processes for Blue clients to support and achieve their business goals. And in the process, she’s won over 80 awards for communications excellence throughout her career, including five Gold Quills and Best Internal Communications Program of the Year from the American Business Association (ABA) and the International Business Association (IBA). Pam acts as coach, advisor and mentor to a diverse staff of creative and driven professionals to ensure that Blue delivers strategic, innovative and engaging employee communications solutions on time and on budget … always.

Sharon is an internal communication leader with 20+ years of experience designing and implementing complex strategies for large organizations. She loves finding just the right mix of tactics, timing, and tone to elicit emotion, build trust, and spark action. Sharon started her career working for universities and then moved over to Nestlé as a communication strategist. Before joining Blue, she was a Senior Consultant and then Chief Strategy Officer for PartnerComm, a leading internal communication agency. Over the course of her career, Sharon has partnered with companies in every industry and of every size to address their business and communication objectives. She has helped her clients navigate intricate and sensitive transitions, including culture evolutions, system migrations, and new benefit launches. Sharon has also been a featured speaker on important internal communication topics from using data to drive results to adding “it factor” to your benefit communication to measuring the success of employee communication strategies.

She has more than 20 years of experience partnering with clients to coordinate complex project implementations, analyze problems and identify clever communications solutions.
