Since Alex joined Blue, she has been an instrumental part of Blue’s continued growth and team development. Alex is the Blue team’s “go-to” resource for learning the True Blue philosophy and she supports our Communications and Consulting teams to deliver excellence to our clients every day. Alex is also a Project Manager for several Blue clients and she works on projects including HR and benefits communications, culture and recognition programs. She has an important role in interfacing with clients to ensure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time. Alex also holds a Masters degree in Marketing and she is passionate about client and colleague service. She elevates the Blue experience for our clients and team members.

With a passion for content creation, Beck delivers compelling narratives across various channels, maintaining high quality and relevance. She values team development and collaboration and is dedicated to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in communications at Blue.

Cindy has 11+ years in the communications and change management field, giving her the opportunity to partner with clients across a wide variety of industries and ranging from small companies to complex global corporations. This experience has afforded her with a keen understanding of the importance of clear and concise communication between employer and employee, and the wide array of skills necessary to produce them. Cindy specializes in driving employee engagement through seamless collaboration with her clients to develop effective open enrollment and change management campaigns, and create impactful deliverables both in design and content. Cindy has a passion for creating communications that build employees’ confidence in their employer and earn their trust. She believes communication is the keystone to a healthy relationship, whether it is in the benefit space, between employer and employee, or between consultant and client. Cindy brings this passion and collaborative spirit to Blue and its clients, and is ever eager to help them achieve their goals while continuously identifying opportunities to further them.

Emily’s professional experience includes nearly 10 years in the communications and marketing field. Among her many talents are an eye for creativity, a keen focus on the important details and providing excellent client and colleague service. At Blue, Emily oversees all aspects of marketing and operations, including the development of strategies and tactics to support Blue internally. She spearheads opportunities to spotlight our clients’ stories through nationally recognized awards and speaking engagements at conferences. Emily also supports Blue clients as Project Manager on a variety of projects including HR and benefits communications, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and well-being.

At Blue, Giselle supports Employee Experience consulting projects for clients ranging from Well-Being and DEI to culture evolution and more.

Kathy knows that innovative communication is the powerful catalyst that leads to measurable improvements and optimal results.

As a Well-Being Consultant, Leanne gets to live her purpose of guiding people toward optimal health and well-being. At Blue, Leanne is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based strategies for global well-being. She designs engaging employee challenges and supports day-to-day program management. Leanne specializes in supporting and empowering global well-being champions by creating and delivering the tools and resources they need to support the program in their respective geographies. Leanne also supports projects related to diversity, inclusion and belonging as well as employee value proposition. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion Management and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®).

Maria has been working with businesses to clearly and concisely communicate health and wellness plans and programs for 20 years. Her strengths include proofreading, copyediting and writing. She crafts strategic messaging that helps organizations creatively tell their stories. She is conscientious, friendly and reliable, and reviews Blue drafts to ensure clear, concise, consistent, error-free and grammatically accurate writing. Maria also enjoys research, and thanks to her strong attention to detail, can effectively coordinate multiple projects — all the while delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Pam founded Blue Communications Agency in 1997 and serves as both the head and the heart of the organization. She has been consulting with businesses for over 25 years, helping them navigate significant benefit, compensation, organizational, workforce and business changes with effective communications strategies. Pam uses her deep understanding of how employees learn to create programs and processes for Blue clients to support and achieve their business goals. And in the process, she’s won over 80 awards for communications excellence throughout her career, including five Gold Quills and Best Internal Communications Program of the Year from the American Business Association (ABA) and the International Business Association (IBA). Pam acts as coach, advisor and mentor to a diverse staff of creative and driven professionals to ensure that Blue delivers strategic, innovative and engaging employee communications solutions on time and on budget … always.

Roshi is recognized as a thought leader in the worksite health and well-being industry. She excels in leveraging data to support strategic planning with data-driven solutions. She is passionate about collaborating with employers on creative strategies to enhance employee experience. Roshi leads a wide range of Employee Experience consulting projects for Blue clients, covering areas such as diversity, inclusion & belonging, global well-being, population health, employee and benefits value proposition(s), enriching corporate culture and organizational change management. She is a member of the Blue leadership team guiding strategic decisions for the agency.

The work she does touches just about every aspect of our agency, and her passion for research and writing helps with everything she does. Give her a challenge, and she is on it 100%! Silvia graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Sociology, with an emphasis in Pre-Law.
