He has developed communication and change management strategies, provided insights and helped create authentic and on-brand communication for dozens of Fortune 1000 organizations. His experience covers the HR and total rewards spectrum through changes big and small. More than just a communicator, Chris is skilled at delving deeper to understand a company’s culture, synthesizing an abundance of information and identifying the underlying cause of a particular challenge that needs addressing. Before joining Blue in 2025, Chris worked as a Director of Employee Experience at WTW for eight years. Prior to that, he was a communications consultant at PartnerComm. Chris also worked in newspaper journalism for a portion of his professional life, where he honed his storytelling abilities.
