As Senior Director, Marketing, Communications & Employer Engagement at Employers Health, he developed strategic initiatives to provide information and value to the organization’s employer members. As co-creator of Right Direction, Marcas has helped thousands of employers start the conversation and reduce the stigma of depression in the workplace. A recognized national thought leader on the topic, he is a frequent speaker at major human resource, employee benefits and mental health conferences. Throughout her career, she has leveraged her writing and project management skills with her ability to analyze HR challenges and develop strategies for addressing them. She has managed a broad range of projects that communicate and embrace change in employee benefits, total rewards, human capital and compliance. Angie excels at creating clear and effective communications that educate employees about their benefits, stress the importance of planning and build employee appreciation. Annie has a deep knowledge of Canadian pension and benefits, and more than 25 years of experience helping employees understand the full value of those benefits. Annie communicates in a way that is easily understood and makes communications fun, accessible and informative. Alex earned a Communications degree with an emphasis in Journalism from Santa Clara University with an outstanding GPA. She also minored in Entrepreneurship.
