Pam founded Blue Communications Agency in 1997 and serves as both the head and the heart of the organization. She has been consulting with businesses for over 25 years, helping them navigate significant benefit, compensation, organizational, workforce and business changes with effective communications strategies. Pam uses her deep understanding of how employees learn to create programs and processes for Blue clients to support and achieve their business goals. And in the process, she’s won over 80 awards for communications excellence throughout her career, including five Gold Quills and Best Internal Communications Program of the Year from the American Business Association (ABA) and the International Business Association (IBA). Pam acts as coach, advisor and mentor to a diverse staff of creative and driven professionals to ensure that Blue delivers strategic, innovative and engaging employee communications solutions on time and on budget … always.

Sheilesha Willis

Vice President Managing Director

Sheilesha is a friendly, smart and experienced leader who is committed to excellence in everything she does. That makes her the perfect person to manage and support key client accounts at Blue. She’s also instrumental in the development of our Organizational Change Management line of business. Her experience extends beyond benefits, and includes diversity, HR operations, training and development, HR analytics, and shared services. She has a passion for and a great understanding of well-being in corporate America and around the world. And did we mention she earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior focusing on cultural diversity, inclusion and leadership? What great knowledge and insight Sheilesha offers to our clients at Blue!

Traci Sexton

Managing Director and Lead Content Director

Traci can simplify complex subject matter and bring harmony to challenging projects. She specializes in developing strategies and writing exceptional copy for all types of media. She is a team player who manages projects with dedication to meeting deadlines. Traci develops and implements effective communication strategies through a variety of channels to engage and educate employees about getting the most from their HR resources. She has more than 20 years of experience partnering with clients to coordinate complex project implementations, analyze problems and identify clever communications solutions. Traci has also won multiple awards for her work.

Marcas Miles

Vice President of Engagement

Marcas is the epitome of a master multi-tasker. As his title suggests, he’s heavily involved in both client and employee engagement and support. But he also leads the charge for Blue when it comes to our operations, IT, HR/benefits, brand management, business development, marketing and more. In short, when he sees ways to improve Blue’s performance, he’s on it! Before he came to Blue, Marcas spent more than 12 years developing strategic initiatives to provide information and value to a wide variety of employers. He is passionate about and recognized as a thought leader around addressing and reducing the stigma of depression in the workplace.

Emily Hoffman

Communications Specialist

An eye for creativity, attention to detail and excellent client service skills…. these are just a few of the talents Emily displays as a Communications Specialist. At Blue, Emily wears a lot of hats: she strategizes and develops tactics to support Blue and its clients. She’s involved in the development, review, implementation and measurement of operational activities. Emily also enjoys writing and generating dynamic content for social media, newsletters and email marketing. All in all, she is an energetic achiever who excels at many different marketing and communication tasks. Emily graduated, cum laude, from Malone University, with a bachelor’s degree in communication arts/public relations.

Kathy Kibbe

Vice President of Innovation

Kathy is a recognized industry go-getter who champions Blue’s Change Management, Innovation, and Workforce Strategy Communications lines of business. During her 30 years of communications consulting, clients across various industries have partnered with her in solving the most complex workforce challenges. Kathy has led large, successful consulting teams to communicate corporate transactions (such as mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs), employee engagement and value proposition, internal branding, global communications management, and more. Kathy knows that innovative communication is the powerful catalyst that leads to measurable improvements and optimal results.

Marty Friedman

Change Management Director

Marty brings a 30-year career with experience in both corporate work and consulting. Most recently he worked at a Fortune 500 company in several capacities – as the Director of Total Rewards as well as the Director of Change Management and HR Communications. In consulting and in his corporate roles, Marty developed and implemented change and communication strategies in support of benefit redesign, annual enrollment, health and well-being strategies, mergers & acquisitions, and HR transformation (including Human Capital Management system implementations). He enjoys creating communication campaigns that capture employees’ very distracted attention, lead employees to action, and create change through an ongoing communication drum beat. His communication approach can be summed with the saying, “A thunderstorm gets attention, but a soft rain makes the grass grow.”

Jessica Cogan

Sr. Project Manager

Jessica is passionate, enthusiastic and energetic, and brings a fresh perspective to the familiar to create clean, concise messaging that inspires action. She loves collaborating with Blue team members to solve communications challenges. One of Jessica’s greatest talents is her ability to wrap order and process around a complicated project, keeping stakeholders informed and involved, and guiding it to a successful conclusion. She excels at project management, and has coordinated complex project implementations. With more than 15 years of experience, writing everything from movie reviews and cosmetics copy to recruiting websites and benefits communications for Fortune 500 firms, Jessica knows how to move ideas from blue sky to execution.

Angie Stuart

Project Manager

With nearly two decades of communications experience, Angie understands that communicating how a benefit plan works can be as important as the plan itself. Angie excels at creating clear and effective communications that educate employees about their benefits, stress the importance of planning and build employee appreciation. Her featured speaking engagements include the Profit Sharing Council of America’s Western Pension Conference and the Journal of Financial Marketing and Advertising’s Western Symposium. Also a well-rounded financial professional, Angie is an SEC-licensed broker and holds a life agent designation.

Jeanne Donovan

Project Manager

Jeanne enjoys working with clients to solve complex communication challenges. Her specialties include change management, integrated marketing and branding. She has over 30 years of experience in developing and delivering HR and benefits-related communication solutions based on client goals and objectives, taking each unique employee audience into consideration. A skilled project manager and writer, Jeanne crafts communications campaigns that are informative, easy-to-understand and impactful. She is a multiple IABC Quill winner (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Her work has also been recognized by the Texas Public Relations Association (TPRA) and Business Insurance for excellence in communications.

Robyn Schaub

Sr. Writer and Lead Content Director

Robyn is a strategic thinker who loves to solve problems — especially when the solution involves delivering the right message in the right way at the right time to reach the target audience. Her 20+ years in employee communication has taken her from consulting firms to corporate communication teams, where she’s coached executives on messaging, led major HR change communication initiatives, developed orientation and onboarding programs, strengthened employee recognition efforts and educated employees on benefits, pay and the importance of building financial security. A self-professed “culture geek,” Robyn believes that strong communication is vital to building a culture in which employees feel valued and inspired to come to work each day.

Sally is a creative consultant and writer who has specialized in employee communications for more than 25 years. A true team player, she has a successful track record of working with clients of all sizes across various industries. Sally has deep knowledge in the areas of health care, wellness and retirement. She’s an imaginative problem solver who believes internal communication can be interesting and exciting, rather than merely informative. Challenge her to take complex subject matter and turn it into an engaging communications campaign so employees actually want to know more – that’s her ideal assignment!

Beverly Gadient

Sr. Writer

Beverly specializes in employee benefits and other HR-related communications. She focuses on writing engaging content to help employees make informed choices, embrace organizational change and take desired actions. Beverly enjoys collaborating to create practical and creative communication solutions targeted for each client’s unique situation and audiences. She loves the details, guarding technical accuracy while making complex ideas easy to understand. In her more than 30 years of experience, Beverly has won multiple IABC Quill Awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze) and Communicator Awards.

Maria Marianetti

Project Manager

Maria has been working with businesses to clearly and concisely communicate health and wellness plans and programs for 20 years. Her strengths include proofreading, copyediting and writing. She crafts strategic messaging that helps organizations creatively tell their stories. She is conscientious, friendly and reliable, and reviews Blue drafts to ensure clear, concise, consistent, error-free and grammatically accurate writing. Maria also enjoys research, and thanks to her strong attention to detail, can effectively coordinate multiple projects — all the while delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Alex Drechsler

Communications Specialist

Alex earned a Communications degree with an emphasis in Journalism from Santa Clara University with an outstanding GPA. She also minored in Entrepreneurship. Alex enjoys writing, and puts her skill to use in drafting, reviewing and editing communications for Blue clients. She also has excellent organizational talents, and is excited about learning new skills and gaining practical experience in the world of employee communications from Blue’s senior consultants. She received an Honorable Mention for her Plaridel Award entry for Best Youth Voice, which honors reporting or commentary by young people about their broader communities.

Hannah Egner

Communications Manager

Hannah is a creative strategist with a passion for storytelling. She helps leaders and organizations drive change more effectively by taking a people-centric approach to messaging and engagement. Hannah has more than nine years of consulting experience in corporate and HR communications, organizational change management, leadership development and culture transformation. She is at her best when working in a collaborative environment to solve for creative challenges and bridging the gap between big picture thinking and day-to-day project management. In addition to consulting, Hannah is currently pursuing her M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Mary Endress

Communications Manager

With an eye for good design and an ear for great copywriting, Mary has been creating communication campaigns for Fortune 500 companies for more than 20 years. Skilled at writing, media strategy and creative direction, Mary believes that communication excellence is a perfect marriage of thoughtful planning, effective writing, and great visuals. A Canadian-born, American resident, Mary has worked on both sides of the border, giving her in-depth technical knowledge of both U.S. and Canadian workplace benefits. She also has a first-hand understanding of the expat experience. Recognized by the IABC, Mary has won several Gold Quill awards for her work and serves as an awards judge, helping to promote and reward excellence in business communications around the globe.

Silvia Sanguinetti

Engagement Coordinator

Put simply, Silvia’s support keeps Blue performing at its best. As Engagement Coordinator, her work helps to strengthen many areas of Blue’s operations. She also supports our Leadership team and assists with marketing efforts through content development, social media support and thought leadership projects. The work she does touches just about every aspect of our agency, and her passion for research and writing helps with everything she does. Give her a challenge, and she is on it 100%! Silvia graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Sociology, with an emphasis in Pre-Law.
