Blue Communications and Komatsu worked to create a company-wide initiative, which focused on increasing employee participation in their 401(k) program. We created various communication elements using “What Do You Want To Build” as the driving concept for the campaign. Whether it was building their retirement fund or building their dream home, employees were encouraged to enroll to take advantage of Komatsu’s matching program.
