Blue Communications and Komatsu worked to create a company-wide initiative, which focused on increasing employee participation in their 401(k) program.

We created various communication elements using “What Do You Want To Build?” as the driving concept for the campaign.

Whether they wanted to build their retirement fund or build their dream home, employees were encouraged to take advantage of the 401(k) program, save and earn for the future, and earn the full company-matching contribution.
