Blue, one of the premier HR and communications agencies in the country, announced today that it has expanded its lines of business to include Organizational Change Management (OCM), Workforce Strategy, Well-being, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging services. Though founded in 1997 as Blue Communications, an agency specializing in HR communications, the changing marketplace and clients’ requests led to the decision to respond, adapt and expand its lines of business. To reflect these enhancements, the agency has also been rebranded as simply Blue.

To support this expansion, Blue has been tapping talent from both inside and outside the organization. Sheilesha Willis, recently hired as Vice President Managing Director, brings a great depth of experience in OCM, HR operations, training and development, HR analytics and shared services. She also has a passion for all things well-being and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior focusing on cultural diversity, inclusion and leadership.

Another recent Blue hire, Kathy Kibbe, serves as Vice President of Innovation. She specializes in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, initial public offerings), employee engagement and value proposition, internal branding and much more. She is helping Blue’s clients solve their most complex workforce challenges.

Marty Friedman, Blue’s Change Management Director, has been leveraging his experience with a well-known consumer goods organization and a large consulting firm. He has been working closely with several of Blue’s clients during the past 2 1/2 years as they go through large-scale organizational change initiatives. In addition, other Blue associates offer a wealth of knowledge – through their work at Blue and from experience with other HR consulting firms and organizations – for OCM and Blue’s additional expanded lines of businesses.
